Description

Here we have a vintage Westbury Standard electric guitar in black! This one is from around 1980 and was built in Japan.

Specs include a mahogany body, mahogany neck, and rosewood fretboard. It's a set neck construction instrument with a double cutaway body, dot inlays, and dual humbuckers. It has a 1 11/16" nut width and 24.75" scale length.

It weighs 7lbs 2oz. The neck measures .820 to .910 at the 1st and 12th. It's a modern C shaped neck that fills out slightly up the register. The guitar is in good shape overall with light dings, scratches and play wear over its surface. The frets may have been dressed at some point, and the lower ones show light wear. The guitar is surprisingly resonant with good clarity and warm, colorful overtones. It's easy to play and is clearly very well built.

Ships in the original branded hardshell case.
