Guitar Fret Work

Fret leveling and complete refrets include a full instrument setup. A complete refret usually requires a new nut which is also included in the pricing below. We prefer to assess your instrument in person and generally suggest the least invasive option to get your instrument performing optimally.

Guitar Woodworking, Cracks, & Headstock Repairs

If you have a crack in the body of your acoustic guitar, or your guitar has suffered a headstock break, Tone Wolf can help. Most structural repairs require an in-person assessment to quote a price. Acoustic bridge reglues and headstock repairs include a complete setup. We also offer other woodworking services such as pickup routing.

How Long Will My Repair Take?

Repair times vary depending on the type of work being performed. Basic setups may be completed in a matter of days, while extensive repairs may take a few weeks. We do our best expedite the return of your instrument while taking the time to ensure the work is done right.

How Much Will My Repair Cost?

Prices vary depending on the type of work being performed. In general, you can get an understanding of rates for basic repairs by contacting us. However, in all cases we will need to physically see and assess your instrument in full before being able to offer a final price quote for service.

Do You Offer Same-Day Setups or Repairs?

Generally speaking, no we cannot guarantee repairs will be completed the same day. We understand however there are a number of working professional musicians in New York City and at times your equipment needs unforeseen servicing prior to a gig. Contact us for assistance and we'll do our best to help.

Can I Schedule A Time To Leave My Instrument?

Yes, we prefer that you set a time that works best for your schedule. We prefer to not hold your instrument in waiting for days or weeks until work begins. We'd be happy to book an appointment for a future date that allows us to minimize the amount of time you are without your instrument.

Can I Bring In Multiple Instruments At One Time?

Yes, we would be happy to accommodate multiple repairs during a single visit. We would suggest contacting us for an appointment ahead of time.
