All items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

When you shop at Tone Wolf, you'll have one week from the date of delivery to decide if the gear is right for you. Please contact us prior to shipping your item back for return authorization and instructions.

Important terms and conditions for all returns:

  • All items must be returned in the exact condition they were when shipped from Tone Wolf.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all returned orders to cover the fees associated with the processing of your original payment.
  • Shipping and insurance costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer and those fees cannot be refunded.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to properly pack, insure, and deliver the item back to Tone Wolf in original condition. Please retain the original box and packing materials to use for your return shipment.
  • Any item that is returned with changed parts, missing parts, play wear, or damage of any kind (beyond the original purchase condition of the item) will not be refunded.

Returns FAQ

Why do you charge a restocking fee?

When Tone Wolf processes your payment, the payment processor charges a fee for that service. When Tone Wolf refunds your payment, the payment processor does not return those fees. So effectively, Tone Wolf pays a fee to process your card transaction, and we simply are not refunding the amount kept by the payment processor when we return you payment.

Do I need to provide a reason for returning an item?

No, you may return an item for any reason. We would of course welcome feedback about the instrument and/or your experience shopping with Tone Wolf. But you do not need a reason to return your order.

Do I need to insure my return shipment?

Yes we suggest that you insure your return for the full amount paid for the item. You are completely responsible for the item while in your possession or the possession of the shipment carrier until it is safely returned to Tone Wolf.

Where do I send my return?
