To get started, we'll need some information and basic photos.

To begin the process, we'll need to know the brand, model, year, and condition of your guitar if you know them. If you can locate the guitar's serial number we'll take that too. No worries if you're unsure about anything, just do your best. Additionally, if your phone has a camera, some basic photos of the guitar would be preferable. Be sure to include the full front and back of the instrument, some details of the body & neck, close ups of any noticeable damage, plus pics of the case & included accessories.

Submit your instrument & info below.

Please fill in the fields to the best of your ability. If you're unsure, leave the field blank or offer your best guess. Your email address is required so we may get in touch with you. We are always interested in Gibson Custom Shop, Fender Custom Shop, Martin, PRS, Suhr, Anderson, Bourgeois, and Pre-War guitars just to name a few.

How does selling my guitar work?

Similar to trades and consignments, we'll establish a retail value for your instrument once the necessary information is submitted. Since Tone Wolf will be buying your guitar outright, and since we're an established business, we cannot pay full retail values for used gear. We will make an offer to buy your instrument that is fair and in line with normal industry operating margins. Once we agree on pricing, you'll need to ship your guitar to Tone Wolf. After the item has been received and inspected by our team, your payment will be sent. Please understand that we cannot make purchase payments of any kind until your item has been physically received and inspected. At times through the inspection process our team identifies condition issues, repairs, or changes that were not previously outlined by the owner. In these cases we will work to establish a revised retail price, or simply return the item to you at your own cost.

Do you buy or consign entire guitar collections?
