Our Team And Our Decades Of Experience

Tone Wolf was founded by musical instrument industry veteran Garrett Hess in 2023. A long time buyer for a leading retailer, Garrett was responsible for countless custom runs and one-off creations designed and built with major manufacturers like Fender, Martin, Gibson, PRS, Taylor, Anderson, Jackson, Charvel, Suhr, and ESP. Garrett has worked in product fulfillment, sales, and marketing as well, so he brings a well-rounded, end-to-end approach to selling gear. Additionally, Tone Wolf is a small collective of business owners combining resources, skills, and knowledge under one umbrella. Launched in March of 2024, Tonewolf.com is a reflection of each partner playing to their strengths with our wide selection of vintage and modern gear, high quality product listings, and guitar resources such as serial number guides and product specs. While offering amazing gear and providing top-notch customer service is our core value, Tone Wolf continues to expand available content to enrich our customer's gear journey by sharing the history and information we've gathered over our many years of experience. Each member of the Tone Wolf team has over a decade of retailing expertise with a collective 70+ years of business administration and relationships in the industry.
