Here we have a vintage hardshell case for electric guitar. This case appears to be from the 1970s and looks similar to Gibson black / purple cases from the era. The exterior tolex has a cool small pattern western tooled leather look about it. A Gibson ES-335 fits right into this for reference on its general size. There is not really much padding to speak of on the interior. The case is in very good shape though. It's sturdy and the latches and handle work correctly. The button to secure the neck strap in place is missing. This looks similar to other UK knockoff cases we've seen from the late 60s and early 70s. The interior dimension for the body is 31.25" long, 16.25" wide, and 3" deep. The interior dimension for the neck area is 11" long, 16.25" wide, and 3" deep. The neck rest is 3/4" wide. The overall exterior dimension is 44"x 17.5".
