Here we have a Torres Tiny Tone Tweed Amp from around 2004. This 1x10" combo tube amplifier was built in San Mateo, CA by Dan Torres. It has a 6AQ5 power tube which is essentially equivalent to a 6V6. The speaker is a 10" Jensen Special Design. Though a tweed copy, it features a black tolex covering with silver grill cloth. It has one volume and one tone control with dual inputs. The amp is in good functioning condition. The tolex and grill cloth show dirt, minor wear and light staining. This low wattage amp sounds wonderful. It has nice tube tone with a biting mid range. When pushed it really breaks up nicely. This is a cool find from a cool boutique builder.
