Here we have an awesome Tokai LC172S/F electric guitar from Japan! This one sports a Cherry Sunburst finish and three double cream humbuckers.
Other specs include a figured maple top, mahogany body, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. It has block inlays, 22 frets, medium jumbo fret wire and Gotoh locking tuners. It has a ABR-1 style bridge with stop tailpiece, cream plastics and gold speed knobs.
The guitar is in excellent condition overall. The strap buttons have been changed to Dunlop but the originals are included. The knobs are also upgraded to gold but the original amber knobs are included. The guitar is in excellent shape with a little light pick wear on the guard. There are other faint signs of use and handling but no real damage and no issues.
This one weighs 9lbs 4oz. The neck measures .880 to .980 at the 1st and 12th. It has a medium C neck profile that is full without being too big. The guitar is quite slinky and resonant. It responds very well under the right hand and is easy to bend on. Overall it’s a very cool build and the guitar looks fantastic.
Ships in a Gibson USA case and includes the truss rod tool, original strap buttons, original knobs and paperwork.
