Here we have a very nice Tokai ES180 VNT semi-hollow electric guitar from Japan! This one sports a vintage natural finish and is in excellent condition.
Specs include a semi-hollow maple body with center block, a mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, dot inlays and Gotoh tuners. It has a stop tailpiece and ABR-1 style bridge. It’s loaded with a set of PAF-Vintage MK2S humbuckers.
This guitar is in wonderful shape. It still has the protective plastic film on the pickguard. There are a few light signs of use and handling when inspected closely, but mostly this one shines like new.
It weighs 7lbs 9oz. The neck measures .820 to .980 at the 1st and 12th. It has an asymmetrical carve with a full shoulder. The neck is quite comfortable and not too big in your hand. The guitar is resonant and lively with a classic ES semi-hollow tone. It’s wonderfully built and finished too.
This one ships in the original hardshell case and includes the truss rod tool and paperwork.
