Here we have a very nice Takamine TDP181ACC SBB acoustic guitar! This See-through Blue Burst model is in excellent condition.

Features include an arched maple top, arched maple back, maple sides, maple neck, and ebony fretboard. It has abalone reverse mountain inlays and an abalone rosette. The tuners are Gotoh and the headstock has a matching flame maple veneer. This one also has the Takamine CTP-3 CoolTube preamp that features a 12AU7 tube.

This guitar is in excellent shape. It does not appear to have been played much at all. There are no dents and no player wear. It is a full depth guitar that was built in Japan and has a 14 3/4" lower bout with a 3 3/8" depth at the body edge. It has a 630mm scale length and a 42mm nut.

This one weighs 5lbs 4oz. The neck measures .940 to 1.000 at the 1st and 9th frets. The carve is somewhere between a C and a D shape, full, but comfortable without too much shoulder. The guitar has an incredible amount of sustain. It produces a pure acoustic tone with crisp highs and a warm bass note. Being maple it doesn't have much in the way of mids, but sounds excellent. The top drives easily as well. The tube preamp is a unique and innovative option that sounds great and offers a wide range of control over your tone.
