Product Description
Here we have a wonderful vintage Takamine C132S classical acoustic guitar. This is a hand crafted instrument, built in Japan in 1986.
Based on the original drawings of Antonio Torres, this guitar features a cedar top, rosewood back & sides, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard. It is a ladder braced instrument with a 650mm scale length and 2β nut width.
This instrument has been played, but well loved too. It has a few small dings on the top, along with a decent amount of faint strum wear. There are some light scratches and faint impressions on the back. There are some small dings on the treble side of the body and some finish chips on the bass side. There are a few light impressions on the back of the headstock and a few other marks around the headstock edges. The saddle has been changed.
The guitar weighs 3lbs 9oz. The neck measures .900 to 1.040 at the 1st and 9th frets. It has a D shaped neck carve that is consistent in depth up until the neck heel transition. Itβs a fantastic instrument overall, finely crafted from quality woods and expertly built.
Ships in the original hardshell case.
