Description
Here we have a very cool Suhr Modern with a korina body and Indian rosewood neck! This guitar sports a satin natural finish and is in excellent condition.
Other specs include a recessed Gotoh 510 bridge, 10" to 14" radius, 24 stainless steel jumbo frets, and locking Suhr tuners. It has an SSV neck pickup along with an SSH Plus bridge pickup. It has a 5-way blade and a push/pull tone pot to split the bridge. The knobs and backplates are Pau Ferro and it has gold hardware.
The guitar is in excellent shape and appears to have been case kept. There is a little oxidation on the metal parts, but beyond this the guitar appears to be unplayed.
It weighs in right at 8lbs. The neck is their modern elliptical that measures .800 to .850. We love the satin feel of the guitar along with the all-natural look. Tonally it has a warm and creamy mid range with a woody attack. It's not overly bright but has good clarity. It plays easily up and down the neck as you'd expect from a Suhr.
Overall a beautiful looking guitar that is expertly crafted! Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the tremolo arm, tools, and build sheet.
