Here we have a beautiful Santa Cruz Guitar Company H13! This is a custom order instrument from 2016 that is in excellent condition.
This build features a redwood top with rosewood back and sides. It has a mahogany neck and ebony fretboard with mother of pearl art deco inlays. The top has cowboy rope purfling with a cowboy rope rosette. The top and back of the neck feature their custom sunburst finish. The neck heel cap features a custom scrimshaw wolf howling at the moon, imagery dear to our hearts here at Tone Wolf.
The guitar is in excellent condition. There are no dents and no damage. There are light signs of handling and playing if you look closely. The back of the neck appears a touch glossier from being played that it would have been new. This one was clearly cared for and case kept when not being strummed.
The guitar weighs 4lbs 1oz. The neck measures .830 to .960 at the 1st and 9th frets. It has a vintage soft V neck profile without much shoulder. The nut is 1 3/4" and the entire neck feels very comfortable while playing. The guitar has a big sound for its size, which is intentionally part of the 13 fret design. It has nice bass response and clarity, with quite a depth of tone and plenty of sustain. Masterfully crafted and built, which the sound reflects.
Ships in the original Ameritage hardshell case and includes the original paperwork.
