Here we have a 1967 Rickenbacker 375 Left Handed electric guitar! This GF serial number instrument has had some notable repairs and a refinish.
The neck and bridge pickup routes have been expertly patched with maple. It appears other pickups were installed at some point with the neck pickup patch being on an angle. The guitar was Fireglo originally, but is now refinished Mapleglo. There are also additional pickguard mounting holes below the guard. Beyond this, the parts look to be original.
The guitar weighs 6lbs 13oz. The neck measures .770 to .870 at the 1st and 12th. It has a very slim C shape to it. The guitar has a deep and open sound acoustically with nice bass response and clarity. It plays easily under the picking hand and sounds great. It looks pretty sharp too, considering the work that was done. Whoever did the repair was clearly skilled.
