Here we have a vintage Rex tube guitar combo amplifier! This is a Valco amp stamped with the model 6143 on the interior. It dates to 1965 and it is in very good condition overall. It has an offset 8” speaker, two inputs, volume control, and tone control. It’s a “Four Tube” amp with a 35Z5, 50L6, 35W4, and a 12AX7. It has seen service in the past and has a modern grounded 3 prong cable. It’s in good working condition and has a nice low wattage tube tone with that “boxy” sound small amps are known for. It has good clarity though and drives easily when pushed.
