Description
Here we have a 1993 PRS Standard 24 electric guitar! This sports a black finish and is in good overall condition.
Specs include a mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, moon inlays, PRS locking tuners, and a PRS tremolo bridge. It has a 25” scale length, 10” radius, and 1 11/16” nut width. It’s loaded with a set of Seymour Duncan ’59 humbuckers.
This one has been played quite a bit and shows topical scratches and light dings over its surface. There is pick wear on the top and the hardware shows a light patina. The headstock tips are a little chipped and there is light touch up paint on the ends. The tone pot is swapped to a push/pull for coil tap, and the rotary switch is swapped to a 3-way toggle. The frets show faint wear but play well. The original pickups and electronic parts are not included.
This one weighs 7lbs 10oz. The neck measures .790 to .840 at the 1st and 12th frets. It has an oval C neck profile that is on the medium/thin side of the spectrum. The guitar is super slinky, currently setup with 9s. It plays quite well up and down the register. We think it is one of the cooler old PRS guitars we’ve had, both as a player, but also in its simplicity.
Ships in a molded hardshell case and includes the tremolo arm.
