Here we have a beautiful 2007 PRS McCarty Korina Soapbar with Brazilian rosewood fretboard! This vintage cherry guitar is in excellent condition.
Specs include a korina body, korina neck, Brazilian board, pattern wide fat neck carve, and bird inlays. It has a set of soapbar pickups with cream covers and a straight stoptail bridge. It's a 22 fret guitar with vintage style tuning machines.
This one is in excellent condition and has clearly been case-kept. When the light catches, you can see where the finish looks almost sunk into the wood grain. There are a few small dings on the back and one small paint chip near the control plate. There are other fine scratches and impressions along with light signs of playing on the top. The hardware shows light oxidation as well. No major dents or issues though.
The guitar weighs 7lbs 3oz. The neck measures .920 to .980 at the 1st and 12th. It's a full rounded shape that subtly fattens as you move up the register. The guitar is quite resonant and lively. It has excellent clarity with warm mids and a sparkly top end. Really a fantastic player.
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the eagle tag, tools, sticker, original dealer hang tag and other paperwork.
