Description
Here we have a vintage 1982 Peavey T-45 bass guitar! This one features a burgundy finish and is in good shape overall.
Specs include a maple body, maple neck, maple fingerboard, open gear tuners, and a die cast bridge with adjustable saddles. It has a 34” scale length, 12” radius, 1 11/16” nut width, 21 frets, and medium jumbo fret wire. It has a single humbucker pickup with a dual blade design, plus volume & tone controls, and a mid/low frequency rolloff control.
This one shows a number of minor dings and dents with a handful going through to the wood. There is topical scratching and play wear across the instrument too. The frets are in good shape and the bass appears to be in original condition.
This one weighs 10lbs 10oz. The neck measures .770 to .930 at the 1st and 12th frets. It has an oval C neck profile and a nice flat fingerboard radius. The bass is a hefty beast and these are known to be, but it still plays great with a round, warm and clear bottom end. We dig the single pickup paired with the low/mid sweep for some cool tonal possibilities.
Ships in a padded gig bag.
