Here we have a beautiful MTD USA 434-24 bass guitar! This one features a figured English sycamore top and is in excellent condition.
Other specs include a roasted ash body, maple neck, roasted birdseye maple fingerboard and figured matching headstock veneer. It has Hipshot open gear tuners, luminlay side dots, a zero fret and 24 total frets. It has a 34” scale length and a 1 5/8” nut width. It’s loaded with the MTD proprietary Bartolini pickups.
This one is in very good shape and does not appear to have been played much. There are light signs of use and handling when inspected closely, but no real player wear or damage.
It weighs 7lbs 13oz. The neck measures .790 to .870 at the 1st and 12th. It has and oval C profile with a quick shoulder and nearly flat apex. It’s a lightweight and well-balanced instrument. It responds nicely under the right hand and the fingerboard navigates quite easily. It’s really just everything you’d expect from a premier builder.
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes extra knobs.
