Here is a great-sounding Martin Custom Shop 000-15M Black Walnut acoustic guitar! This one is from 2016 and in very good condition.

Based off of the 000-15M, this Custom Shop build was upgraded from Mahogany to lightly figured Black Walnut top, back, and sides. The neck is mahogany with an ebony board and ebony belly bridge. The braces are sitka spruce, it has the diamond and squares short inlay pattern, and the finish is sheen satin. It has a 1 3/4" nut width and 24.9" scale length.

The guitar has been played quite a bit, and has had an LR Baggs Lyric installed. There are some long scratches on the back that press into the wood. There are other impressions on the sides, mainly on the treble side where clearly the guitar was resting on something. The top shows light scratches and impressions into the wood as well. There are not really any dents or areas of damage, just faint wood impressions. The guard shows light pick marks. The back of the neck looks good. The frets show faint wear down low. The satin finish appears a bit glossier on the top and back of neck than it would have been from the factory, which is due to playing and handling.

This one weighs 4lbs 10oz. The neck measures .820 to .900 at the 1st and 9th. It has the Martin modified low oval neck w/ Performing Artist taper. It is very comfortable to play and has the hint of an apex. The guitar sounds rich and full with subtle overtones. It has plenty of resonance and sustain. Being a Walnut guitar, it has a warm, round, low mid-range tone about it. It's clear, but without much brightness. It's a great instrument for anyone who enjoys intimate or warm instruments, one that compliments the voice well.

Ships in the original Martin hardshell case and includes the hang tags, LR Baggs paperwork, and build sheet.
