Description
Here we have a vintage Kramer DMZ 5000 bass guitar! This one is in very good condition overall.
Specs include a laminate walnut/maple body, bolt-on aluminum neck with walnut inserts, ebonol fingerboard, crown inlays, and a zero fret. The tuners are Schallers and the bridge is a Kramer two-way adjustable. It’s loaded with DiMarzio P/J pickups and has volume and tone controls for each.
This bass appears to be in original condition. It has light player wear on its surface, with a few light dents and some minor finish cracks. The aluminum neck shows patina, as well as the other parts. The frets are in good shape.
It weighs 9lbs 9oz. The neck measures .880 to .920 at the 1st and 12th frets. It has a D shaped neck with a medium/full shoulder and nearly flat apex. The bass plays well and has good resonance with nice top end attack. It’s survive in good shape and we think these aluminum neck instruments have an awesome vibe.
Ships in the original hardshell case.
