Here is a super cool Kauer Korona Thinline electric guitar! This semi-hollow is in very good condition overall.
Specs include a maple top, mahogany body, roasted maple neck, wenge fingerboard and keystone inlays. It has a 25.5” scale length, 1.66” nut width, 22 frets and a 12” radius. The bridge is a half Tele style with compensated saddles, and the tuners are open gear Hipshot locking units. It is loaded with a set of Lollar Gold Foil pickups.
This one is in very good shape. It does have a few light impressions and marks on the top from use. The area around the truss rod channel is a little chewed up unfortunately. There also appears to be some air bubbles under the finish around the headstock logo. It’s pretty clean otherwise.
The guitar weighs 5lbs 12oz. The neck measures .890 to .930 at the 1st and 12th frets. It has a full C shaped neck profile with a medium shoulder that is both comfortable and vintage inspired. The guitar has excellent acoustic resonance with a warm, throaty sound off of the body when you dig into the strings. It’s a well-designed instrument and is fun to play!
