Description
The JAM Pedals Wahcko mk.2 updates the long-running Wahcko design with a wider range of adjustment and support for both guitar and bass. It retains the immediate feel and dynamic response of the original while giving players more control over the pedal’s sweep and intensity.
At the center of the circuit is a custom JAM inductor inspired by the vintage TDK inductors used in 1960s Cry Baby and Vox wah pedals. The six-position SWEEP control selects between six frequency ranges, making it easy to match the pedal to different instruments, amplifiers, and playing styles.
The mk.2 adds an internal Q trimmer for adjusting the character and intensity of the wah response. The original internal input-gain trimmer remains, and internal DIP switches let you configure the circuit for guitar or bass. Battery operation also returns.
