Here we have a super cool Ibanez Prestige RG51521 in Dark Tide Blue Flat! This guitar is in excellent condition overall.
Specs include an African mahogany body, 5-piece maple/wenge neck, Macassar ebony fingerboard, offset dot inlays and 24 jumbo stainless steel frets. It has a Gibraltar Standard III fixed bridge with a Tusq XL nut and Gotoh MG-T locking tuners. It’s loaded with a set of Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers and includes a two-way mini toggle for voice switching.
This guitar is in great shape and still has the protective plastic on the pickups and backplate. It shows a few faint signs of playing and handling, but really hasn’t seen much action.
It weighs in right at 8lbs. The neck measures .700 to .830 at the 1st and 12th frets. It’s the Super Wizard HP neck carve which is a slim D shaped neck with a super-fast feeling satin finish. We love the string through body hardtail bridge and luminlay side dots. This guitar rips and has plenty of sustain and resonance. It has a warm and clear mid-range tone with a biting top end. It’s wonderfully built and is a joy to play.
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the multi-tool, hang tags and paperwork.
