Description
Double-Cut Falcon Center Block with Channel Core Construction
The Gretsch Falcon Center Block LTD is a limited edition semi-hollow guitar built on a double-cutaway laminated maple body with a redesigned Channel Core center block — a construction that combines maple and spruce within the block. The deeper cutaway design provides improved access to the upper frets compared to the standard single-cut Falcon body. The finish is Vintage White with gold sparkle binding and W/B/W/B purfling. Made in Japan.
The neck is maple with a Standard “U” profile, set into the body, with a 24.6" scale length and a 1.6875" nut width. The ebony fingerboard has rolled edges, a 12" radius, 22 medium jumbo frets, pearloid neo-classic thumbnail inlays, and Luminlay side dots. The nut is Graph Tech TUSQ XL.
TV Jones TV Classic & Classic Plus Pickups
This model uses a mixed TV Jones configuration: a TV Classic in the neck position and a TV Classic Plus in the bridge position. Controls include individual volume knobs for each pickup, a master volume with treble bleed circuit, and a master no-load tone control with a “Squeezebox” capacitor. Pickup selection is via a 3-position toggle. Knobs are jeweled G-Arrow style.
