Product Description
Here is a cool vintage Gretsch 6132 Corvette solid body electric guitar!
Specs include a mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard, dot inlays, and set neck construction. It has a 24.5" scale length and a 1 11/16" nut width. It sports a single Gretsch HiLo'Tron pickup and has a bar bridge on a rosewood base.
This guitar is in very good shape overall. It shows checking on the body with paint flaking on the lower edge. There is light checking on the neck with other light dings and wear around body edges. There is light patina on the hardware and the frets show a hint of wear down low. The guitar appears original though, and beyond the checking looks to have been well-cared for.
This one weighs 5lbs 12oz. The neck measures .870 to .920 at the 1st and 12th. It has a medium C Neck that is consistent in shape up the register. The guitar has a warm and mellow tone with good resonance and it plays easily. Overall a fun vintage piece!
Ships in a modern Fender padded gig bag.
