Here we have an 80s inspired Gibson Victory from 2024! This is the figured top version done in a wine red burst finish.
Specs include a mahogany body, AA figured maple top, mahogany neck and ebony board. It's a double-cutaway body with set neck construction and front-loaded controls. It has an Explorer headstock, 24 frets, offset acrylic dot inlays, and medium jumbo frets. This is also a 25.5" scale length guitar with a compound radius. The electronics include a set of 80s Tribute Humbuckers, a master volume with push/pull coil split and a master tone with push/pull inner/outer coil select.
The guitar is in excellent condition overall. It still has the protective plastic on the guard. There is a minor scuff on the back of the neck behind the 11th fret. The guitar shows other faint signs of handling, but mostly shines like new.
The guitar weighs in at 6lbs 14oz. The neck measures .830 to .940 at the 1st and 12th. It has a slim taper slim C neck profile with a 1.695" nut width. The guitar has excellent clarity with a glassy top end. There is nice sound movement through the body and a touch of natural reverb emanating acoustically. It still feels quite slinky and is easy to bend on even with the longer scale length. It feels a cross between a Gibson SG and an S-style instrument and is pretty fun to play!
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the strap, polish cloth, multi-tool, and paperwork.
