Here we have a cool Custom Shop 1959 Les Paul VOS from 2019! This one has a Sunrise Tea finish and is in very good condition overall.
Specs include a figured maple top, mahogany body, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. It has Deluxe tuners, a stop tailpiece and an ABR-1 bridge. It’s loaded with a set of Custombucker humbucker pickups.
This guitar has been lightly played and show pick marks on the guard along with a few topical scratches. There is a small scuff on the back of the neck and another small scuff at the top edge of the headstock where the wood is exposed. It has a heavy VOS patina from the factory that looks good. There are no major dents and no issues.
The guitar weighs 8lbs 13oz. The neck measures .850 to .980 at the 1st and 12th frets. We love the wide ribbon flame on this one. It really pops from certain angles and looks great under the hue of the finish. The neck is the standard Custom Shop carve, a medium C that has vintage vibes but isn’t grossly large. This one has a bit of a throaty sound acoustically, with warm woodiness and a glassy top end. It’s resonant and easy to play.
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the COA, hang tags, checklist and extra toggle switch cover.
