Here is a great-playing 2016 Gibson Custom Shop 1960 Les Paul Standard Historic! This VOS model has a cool chevron top and sports a washed cherry finish.
Specs include a maple cap, mahogany body, mahogany neck, and rosewood fretboard. It's loaded with dual Custombucker pickups and has an ABR-1 bridge with stop tailpiece. It also has the slimmer early 60s C neck profile, along with double ring tuner buttons and reflector knobs.
The guitar is in excellent condition. It's a VOS model and the patina added to the hardware from the factory has oxidized a bit more with age. It has a touch heavier VOS patina about the body than recent models too. There are some faint surface scratches, marks and light signs of use over the body. No real damage or dents however.
The guitar weighs 8lbs 12oz. The neck measures .830 to .980 at the 1st and 12th. It's a lively guitar with plenty of sound movement throughout the body. It has a touch of natural reverb and a nice depth of tone acoustically. It's dynamic under the picking hand and easy to bend the strings. A fine example overall!
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the COA, warranty card, extra toggle switch plate, and hang tags.
