Here we have a cool Gibson Custom Shop ’59 Les Paul that was sent to Historic Makeovers for the Deluxe Package! It sports a Darkburst finish and has been aged to perfection.
Specs include a figured maple top, mahogany body, mahogany neck, Braz board, trapezoid inlays and Deluxe tuners. It has an ABR-1 bridge with stop tailpiece and is loaded with a set of ThroBak pickups including an SLE101 at the bridge and MT102 at the neck.
The finish, wear, checking and patina are all part of the Historic Makeovers package. It had the fingerboard and inlays replaced as well. The guitar has mostly been case kept since the makeover was done around 2018.
This one weighs 8lbs 13oz. The neck measures .860 to .980 at the 1st and 12th frets. It has a perfectly shaped medium/full C neck that has vintage vibes. We dig the top on this guitar and love the evenly grained fingerboard. If you’re a Darkburst lover, this one is for you!
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the Gibson COA, hang tags, and warranty card, as well as the Historic Makeovers COA.
