Here we have a cool ’58 Les Paul VOS Wildwood Spec guitar from 2020! This one features a Vintage Cherry Sunburst finish and is in very good condition overall.
Specs include a lightly figured maple top, mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. It has an ABR-1 bridge, stop tailpiece and Deluxe tuners. It’s loaded with a set of Custombucker pickups.
This guitar has been lovingly played and has a nice patina about it. There is some light buckle wear on the back of the body, a small paint chip on the back edge, and a few faint dings and impressions on the top. The guard shows some nice player wear, the silkscreen logo is worn subtly, and there is some red dye bleed on the binding. There are some small scratches and topical marks across the instrument as well. The strap buttons are changed to Schaller locking and the tailpiece was changed to accommodate top-wrapping the strings without marking the original. The original strap buttons and tailpiece are included.
This guitar weighs 8lbs 13oz. The neck measures .890 to 1.020 at the 1st and 12th. It has a rounded, full-depth C profile with a medium shoulder. The guitar is well balanced and plays great with excellent resonance and sustain. The guitar really has a vibe: the top pops nicely at certain angles, and the color has a vintagey, faintly iced tea look about the cherry sunburst. Overall a great instrument with a few miles on it already!
Ships in the original hardshell case that has the Wildwood Spec badge on the exterior. It includes the original strap buttons, original tailpiece, COA, hang tags, warranty card and black toggle switch plate.
