Description

Here we have a rad Fender R.A.D. 1x8" combo guitar amp! This is a 1990s creation, the smallest in the RAD, HOT, JAM line. It has dual inputs, RCA inputs, preamp out, preamp in and a headphones jack. It has a single volume knobs as well as a contour knob that is pretty effective. It has 4 preset tones: clean bright, clean full, overdrive crunch and overdrive lead. The clean tone is surprisingly Fender-like being that this is a solid state amp. The overdrive is more of a Radiohead-sounding fuzz tone than a distortion sound and has a cool vibe. This has 20 watts RMS. The original gray carpet covering is in good shape with a few spots of discoloration. It still has the hang tag booklet on the contour knob and includes the original owners manual. We estimate this thing was hardly used.
