Product Description
Here is an awesome Fender Pawn Shop '51 from Japan! This 2011 build is in excellent condition with the plastic still on the guard.
Specs include an alder body, maple neck, 9.5" radius, '51 style single ply black guard and '51 style control plate. It has a string-through body hardtail bridge with adjustable saddles, dual string trees and Deluxe tuners. The bridge humbucker is an Enforcer and the neck single coil is a Custom Shop Texas Special. It has a 3-way rotary pickup selector knob, volume knob, and push/pull volume pot for coil tapping.
This guitar is in excellent shape. It has a small ding on the back edge of the body and a few light topical marks or scratches. Overall though it's pretty clean and shines like new in many ways.
This one weighs 7lbs 8oz. The neck measures .830 to .870 at the 1st and 12th. It has a C shaped neck profile with a gloss finish. We love the Strat body paired with the Tele headstock, plus the mash up of '51 style P-bass guard and control plate. It's a resonant instrument that plays nicely in all positions with a myriad of tonal options.
Ships in the original Fender gig bag and includes the hang tag.
