Description
Here we have a super cool Fender Mike McCready Stratocaster! This Artist Signature model is from 2024 and in excellent condition.
Specs include an alder body, maple neck, slab rosewood fretboard and aged dot inlays. It has vintage style tuners with a bone nut, 21 frets, and a 9.5" radius. It has a set of Custom Mike McCready 60s Single Coil pickups loaded to a mint green guard, along with a 5-way switch and treble bleed circuit. The neck and body feature a heavily aged Road Worn nitrocellulose finish.
This guitar was made in Mexico and aged at the factory to replicate Mike's original. It appears to be all original and in excellent shape. It doesn't look to have been played much at all.
It weighs in at 7lbs 15oz. The neck measures .750 to .890 at the 1st and 12th. It has a slim C profile with classic slab board feel. The guitar is resonant and lively, it really growls when you dig into the strings. It plays easily up and down the neck too. Really a nice example with impressive aging.
Ships in the original case and includes the tremolo arm, polish cloth, hang tags and paperwork.
