2018 Limited Edition American Pro Surf Green with matching headstock

A sharp looking limited version of the model that replaced the lauded American Standard series. Some of the modern playability features are a 9.5" radius, with narrow tall frets, and the "Deep C" neck shape. The neck finish is unique, with a glossed fingerboard but a satin neck back for the tonal and playability best of both worlds. The neck has just a bit of flame that is most prominent on the bass side. The pickup set is the V-Mod single coils that debuted with this series, designed by Tim Shaw. They have a blend of Alnico magnets voiced for each position with a specially designed treble bleed circuit on the volume control, to retain high end clarity as you roll back the volume. The middle tone is wired to the neck and middle pickups, with the bridge pickup getting its own control.

The guitar is in overall excellent condition with minimal signs of handling and play wear. There is the ubiquitous line of checking in the neck pocket and a touch of tarnish on the hardware. There is light surface swirl in the clear coat and a handful of minute dings on the body. The guitar is living in a quality Gator Pro Go gig bag. The tremolo arm is not included.
