Here we have a vintage 1959 High-Powered Tweed Twin! This 2x12 combo is in good shape overall with modern replacement speakers. It is the 5F8-A circuit with 5881 power tubes, two 12AX7 preamp tubes, one 12AU7 preamp tube, and a GZ34 rectifier tube. The speakers are modern Jensen Alnico 5 replacements. The original speakers are not included. The amp shows light wear on the exterior with some discoloration. There are a few extra screw holes in the top/front of the cabinet, as well as some cutouts on the back baffle. Two of the baffle screws are newer, the original two are fairly loose in their holes. We can only assume a prior owner was mounting something to the cabinet/baffle. The amp has a some caps updated internally, and retains its original two prong power cable. It has a big, bold sound with plenty of headroom at moderate volumes and drives just right when cranked up.
