Here we have an instantly recognizable Rory Gallagher Tribute Stratocaster from the Fender Custom Shop! This is a 2013 model in excellent condition.

Specs include an alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, 9.5” radius and medium jumbo fret wire. It’s loaded with a set of Custom Shop ‘60s single coil pickups and has a 3-way switch. The guitar has a lacquer finish that is heavily worn to match the wear of Rory’s original. They even use 5 Sperzel and 1 mis-matched Gotoh tuner to keep this a faithful recreation.

This one weighs 7lbs 11oz. The neck measures .790 to .930 at the 1st and 12th. It has a classic Fender slab board C neck profile. The guitar has a warm and woody tone off of the body with nice color and top end clarity. It plays easily and has good resonance too. The neck and body feel amazing with their worn-in finish.

The guitar is in excellent condition and looks very much like it would have when it left the factory. The strap buttons are changed to Dunlop, but the originals are included. This one looks to have been carefully played, but mostly stored since it was shipped. It includes the original hardshell case, COA, hang tag, tremolo arm, leather strap, cable, bridge cover, picks and other paperwork.
