Here is a very cool and unique Postmodern Tele from the Fender Custom Shop! This 2023 custom order features a black korina (limba) body, rosewood neck, and an oil finish.
Other specs include a 12" radius, 6150 medium jumbo fret wire, 22 frets, and clay dot inlays. It has a traditional ashtray bridge with RSD compensated brass saddles. The pickups are handwound and include a Twisted Tele at the neck and Original Blackguard at the bridge.
The guitar is in excellent condition. It had the pickups swapped, but has been put back to stock, so some solder connections have been touched up. The guard shows faint marks and play wear. Otherwise the body and neck look clean and the hardware is mostly factory fresh.
This one weighs 9lbs 3oz. The neck is a 60s oval C that measures .790 to .930 at the 1st and 12th. The guitar is well-balanced and it feels satin smooth in your hands with the oil finish. It's a loud guitar acoustically with wonderful clarity, a woody midrange, and a nice tight attack. It plays effortlessly up and down the neck too.
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the COA, floor traveler, strap, bridge cover, picks, strap locks, design guide, and other paperwork.
