Here is an incredible Heavy Relic Stratocaster from Masterbuilder Vincent van Trigt! This '63 Reissue features a Vintage White over 3TS color scheme that looks phenomenal.

The guitar has an alder body, quarter-sawn maple neck, and AAA dark rosewood lam board. It's loaded with hand wound Poblano Strat pickups, with a 5-way switch and grease bucket tone circuit. It also features a compound 7.25 to 9.5 radius with 6105 fret wire.

Clearly the aging is the headline with this guitar. Vincent is indeed a master at building guitars and basses, and his relic work is second to none. Every surface and every component is thoughtfully aged in a realistic way, well beyond what we see from most builders. Even the bridge cover and trem arm look the part.

This one weighs 7lbs 10oz. The neck is a modern C shape that measures .820 to .870 at the 1st and 12th. It feels fairly consistent thickness and shoulder-wise in all positions. The heavy wear with the lacquer removed also feels great, perfectly played-in right from day one. The guitar plays wonderfully in all positions. It's slinky and resonant, easy to bend on, and easy to manipulate under the pick hand. It has a nice rosewood board tone, with a band of warmth, but still clear and glassy at the top.

We really couldn't ask for much more from of a Custom Shop build! This is the top of the mountain for current Fender production. Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the COA, floor traveler, strap, polish cloth, picks, tremolo arm, bridge cover, design guide and paperwork.
