Here we have a nice 2022 Fender Custom Shop '67 Stratocaster Heavy Relic! This one sports an Aged Black finish and is loaded with a set of hand wound pickups.
Specs include an alder body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard, pearl dot inlays, and larger late 60s headstock. The hand wound pickups include a Texas Special in the bridge, Fat 50s in the middle and '69 at the neck. It has a 5-way switch with modern wiring. The neck has a 9.5" radius with 6105 fret wire.
This one weighs 7lbs 10oz. The neck measures .850 to .910 a the 1st and 12th. It has a '66 Oval C carve which has a nice shoulder, but almost flattens out at the apex. It's a lively and resonant guitar with nice woodiness and a crisp top end. It plays great as many of these Custom Shop models do!
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the COA, floor traveler, hang tag, strap, tremolo arm, bridge cover, design guide and other paperwork.
