Description
The Fairfield Circuitry Meet Maude is an analog delay with a dark, tape-like character. The repeats degrade naturally with each pass — a dynamic output filter progressively darkens them, so long decay tails don't pile up as bright, clean echoes but instead fade out with the kind of warmth and roll-off you'd expect from a tape machine.
A random delay time modulation adds subtle pitch variation to the repeats, replicating the slight instability of a reel-to-reel motor. The feedback control can be pushed to the edge of self-oscillation, where the repeats build into either a low, rumbling growl or a higher-pitched wail depending on the tone setting.
Full CV capability lets you control delay time and feedback from any external source — an expression pedal, LFO, sequencer, or envelope. Made in Canada.
