Description
Here we have a 1997 ESP KH-2 Kirk Hammett Signature! This is a Kiso Custom in the bolt-on configuration.
Specs include an alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, reverse headstock, and skull & crossbones inlays. It has a Floyd Rose locking tremolo and is loaded with a set of EMG active pickups.
This guitar appears to be all original. It looks really great in normal light, though close up it shows quite a bit of topical scratching on the back and on the top. The hardware shows light age too. There are a few minor dings and nicks around the body edges, as well as the headstock edges and at the headstock point. No major dents or damage. The frets show a hint of wear down low but play great.
This one weighs 8lbs 5oz. The neck measures .720 to .820 at the 1st and 12th frets. It has a thin U neck with an oval feel. The guitar is extremely resonant and slinky, playing effortlessly all over the register. Though it has the scratches on the body, it really presents well in most lighting, and is a really great guitar to play overall.
Ships in the original hardshell case with ESP logo on the exterior. It includes the COA, tremolo arm, and tools.
