Specs include an alder body, figured roasted maple neck and rosewood fretboard. It has a 25.5" scale length with a 10" radius and 22 high profile stainless steel frets. It also sports a Music Man Custom Modern Classic Tremolo bridge and dual custom wound HT Cory Wong humbuckers.
The body of the StingRay II draws inspiration from the iconic StingRay bass. The ultra-clean Cory Wong HT humbuckers provide a dynamic response that augments the subtle nuances of your playing with an extended frequency range for optimum versatility. They are designed for musicians looking for perfect articulation and outstanding tonal balance. The Cashmere finish look is complete with gold hardware including a set of locking Schaller tuners.
This particularĀ guitar weighs in at 7lbs 4oz. The neck measuresĀ .830 to .940 at the 1st and 12th. It has an oval C shape to it, not too deep and without too much shoulder. The oil and wax blended neck finish feels satin smooth and this guitar has a beautifully figured neck. The guitar is resonant with plenty of sustain. It growls when you dig in and has a nice glassy top end. Overall an excellent player.
