Here we have a 2022 Music Man BFR StingRay Short Scale bass! This “Bombshell” model is in excellent condition overall.
Specs include an ash body, figured maple neck, figured maple fingerboard, tortoise shell block inlays, tortoise shell neck binding, a tortoise guard, and a matching painted headstock. It has a 1.5” nut width, 11” radius, 22 stainless steel frets, and a 30” scale length. It’s loaded with a single Music Man humbucker at the bridge.
This one has been lightly played, but well cared for. It has some light player marks and faint surface scratches, but no real damage and no issues.
It weighs 6lbs 11oz. The neck measures .800 to .890 at the 1st and 12th frets. It has a medium oval C neck profile with a high gloss finish. The bass is finely appointed with Ball Family Reserve woods and plenty of tortoise material. It’s a limited edition piece that is super fun to play.
Ships in the original molded hardshell case and includes the COA, sack, sticker, and paperwork.
