Product Description
Here we have a USA-made '58 Korina Replica electric guitar! This iconic shaped instrument is crafted from white limba and features a Brazilian fingerboard. It has an aged nitro lacquer finish that looks great.
The guitar features a two piece chevron joined old growth body, quartersawn old growth neck, 50s single action truss rod, 12" fingerboard radius, '58 style small fret wire, nylon nut, Kluson Deluxe tuners, M-69 rings, and a replica ABR-1 no wire bridge.
The pickups are a PAF replica set made to look and sound as close to original as possible. The pots are CTS 500k with a NOS .02" ceramic disk capacitor. The switch is a 3-way toggle from Switchcraft.
The guitar weighs 6lbs 13oz. The neck measures .930 to .950 at the 1st and 12th. It's a fairly accurate vintage '58 style rounded C. The guitar is warm, clear, and resonant. It feels really good under the picking hand and growls a bit when you dig in. Easy and quite fun to play!
Ships in an Epiphone hardshell case.
