Description
Here we have a Creek Custom Guitars CTF 1959 AGED thinline semi-hollow electric guitar! This brand new build is vintage-inspired and manufactured in Japan.
Specs include a laminated maple body, white binding, one piece mahogany neck, Madagascar rosewood fingerboard with rolled edges, 50s style center block, and torrefied bracing. It has a 24.75” scale length, 42mm nut width, and 12” radius. The pickups are a set of Creek Custom PAF-style humbuckers.
This instrument is finely crafted with plenty of attention to detail. The neck is subtly underset to give the guitar a soft tension feel. The parts are era-correct like the long guard, aluminum tailpiece, and brass saddle ABR-1 style bridge. The instrument is also lightly aged and looks incredible. This is one of the more impressive boutique builds we’ve had the pleasure of playing in recent years, and we feel you’ll agree once you get your hands on one.
This specific guitar weighs 7lbs 11oz. The neck measures .820 to .930 at the 1st and 12th frets. It has a medium rounded C carve neck that feels great in the hand, especially with the rounded fingerboard edges. The pickups have a wonderful vintage sound with a quick attack and clear, natural tone.
Included a hardshell case, truss rod tool, and certificate of authenticity.
