Here we have a Creek Custom Guitars CJFG 1957 AGED slope shoulder dreadnought acoustic guitar! This is a brand new build from Japan.
Specs include a torrefied sitka top, mahogany back & sides, mahogany neck, Madagascar rosewood fingerboard, Madagascar rosewood bridge, and torrified bracing. It has a 1 11/16” nut width with a 24.6” scale length. The finish is nitrocellulose, aged perfectly at the factory.
Creek guitars are some of the finer boutique builds we’ve seen in recent years. The quality of the components, the build quality, the finish, and aging are all impeccable. They are clearly vintage-inspired, with no detail overlooked.
This guitar weighs 4lbs 1oz. The neck measures .850 to 1.030 at the 1st and 10th frets. It has a medium / full vintage-style C neck that feels just right. The guitar plays so well and so easily with excellent response under the right hand, and easy navigation of the fingerboard. It has a big sound with excellent clarity and warm, bold mids.
Includes a hardshell case, truss rod tool, and certificate of authenticity.
