Here we have a fantastic Collings I-35 LC Vintage. This one is outfitted with a Bigsby tailpiece and features a beautiful aged blonde finish.
Specs include a laminate maple body, maple/spruce center block, mahogany neck, and rosewood fretboard. The pickups are Throbak ESG-102B humbuckers. It has a Kluson ABR-1 and nickel Gotoh tuners with the Collings logo.
This one weighs 7lbs 4oz. The neck measures .850 to .995 at the 1st and 12th. It has a modern C feel down low but fattens up the register nicely. The guitar has a classic semi-hollow type of tone with a nice warmth to it. It's not quite as brash as other similar builds can sound. It plays even and easily in all positions.
The guitar is in excellent condition. It appears case-kept and doesn't seem to have been played much. The aging is tastefully done and the entire guitar gives us warm vintage vibes. Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the warranty card, Throbak card, polish cloth, and sticker.
