Here we have a very nice Atkin Kingfisher 12-fret acoustic! This L-36-12 KF model is in excellent condition overall and sports an aged lacquer finish.
Specs include a baked sitka top, flame maple back & sides, mahogany neck, Indian rosewood fingerboard, and Indian rosewood bridge. It has a maple bridge plate, bone saddle, ebony nut, Kluson tuners, tortoise binding, and a hand-painted celluloid guard. The scale length is 24.9”, and it has a 45mm nut width, 16” radius, and 14 3/4” lower bout.
This guitar comes lightly aged from the factory. It shows plenty of checking across its surface, but is in fantastic shape without much else to note in terms of play wear.
It weighs 3lbs 10oz. The neck measures .820 to 1.000 at the 1st and 9th frets. It has a medium/full C neck profile without much shoulder. This L series guitar has a fantastic tone with good volume. It has excellent clarity and plenty of articulation while remaining easy to play.
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the COA, hang tag, and post card.
