The Aclam The Woman Tone is a gorgeous, sonic time machine that perfectly captures one of the most iconic guitar tones in rock history: Eric Clapton’s legendary "Woman Tone" from his 1960s tenure with Cream. Rather than forcing you to constantly tweak your guitar's volume and tone pots to find that elusive sweet spot, Aclam has meticulously engineered that exact warm, singing, and womanly overdrive character into a single, specialized pedal board weapon.

To achieve absolute historical accuracy, Aclam painstakingly replicated the preamp circuit of a vintage 1960s Marshall JTM45 amplifier being pushed into natural saturation. They then paired it with a custom-calibrated pickup simulation circuit that mimics the exact frequency roll-off of a vintage Gibson humbucker's tone control rolled all the way down to zero. The result is a pedal that delivers rich, vocal-like sustain, smooth top-end compression, and a uniquely articulate mid-range bloom.

• The Woman Tone Knob: The heart of the pedal. This control simulates rolling off the tone pot on a vintage humbucker. Turning it counter-clockwise darkens the highs and sweetens the mids, allowing you to fine-tune the exact amount of "woodiness" and vocal compression in your signal.
• Volume & Gain: Behave exactly like the controls on a cranked plexi-style amplifier, letting you dial in everything from subtle, touch-sensitive breakup to thick, endlessly sustaining classic rock overdrive.
